Description
Covers:
1) Xpress Coffee Commercial Ltd will attend site once a month (times and days may vary) to provide a deep clean, change the milk pipes and descale as required. This contract will also include a Manufacturers recommended yearly service (parts that need replacing due to general ware & tear will not be covered under the monthly maintenance or the yearly service)
2) This contract does not eliminate the necessity of the client performing the daily/weekly cleaning routines and is based on the machine being used and serviced as per our/manufacturers guidelines. Failure to do so will be considered as neglect of the machine and may incur additional costs.
3) Contracted customers are also entitled to our Free telephone/email/virtual support 7days a week.
