Covers:
1) Xpress Coffee Commercial Ltd will attend site every six months (times and days may vary) to provide either the yearly service with a hygiene service every 6 months in between which includes; a deep clean, change the milk pipes and descale as required. Larger parts that need replacing due to general ware & tear will not be covered under the monthly maintenance or the yearly service.
2) Our Yearly service contract is based on the machine being used and serviced as per our/manufacturers guidelines. This contract covers basic yearly service parts. Customers must still perform recommended daily/weekly cleaning.3) This is only available to customers buying all their Coffee, Cleaning, and Water Filtration from us on a monthly basis and based on one of our Xpress Coffee Blends.
This also gives our contracted customers Free telephone/email/virtual support 7days a week.
