This is a 12 months parts and labour warranty held by our sister company – Xpress Coffee Commercial Ltd.
There are certain requirements that must be adhered to by the customer as per instructioins/manual as cleaning related issues are not covered by any warranty by us or any other company that we know of.
If your shipping recepit shows this then Xpress Coffee Commercial Ltd hold the warranty if not it will be the manufactory. Sometimes in casese where we have no service engineer or type of machine it may be more cost effective to relay on the manufacturers warrantyt rather than our own.
