Xpress Coffee Commercial is one of the few Coffee Companies that own and run our own Service Company, Xpress Service. Support and back up is probably the most important part of Xpress Coffee. Our service team covers the whole of the Uk and whether our customers are in a dealership, at a show or at a race track, being able to provide service support is critical.
This is why we can offer you a Complete Coffee Machine, Warranty, and Service Package that can not only includes your machine and Free Starter Pack, but also Monthly Cleaning Products, Warranty and Servicing from as little as £4 per day. Xpress Service can provide further extended warranties and we specialize in providing bespoke service contracts for Office Coffee Machines from basic breakdown cover and servicing to more regular Hygiene contracts to include 7day support and even weekly cleaning if your office or location has a number of machines. |

As part of our ongoing service commitment we are the first company to launch our Xpress Coffee Virtual Support Centre and then our Xpress IPhone App. Our customers can find Video Clips, Pod Casts and just Useful Tips to help support them getting the best out of using their Bean To Cup Coffee Machines.
Not only do we have a complete range of demo machines in our showroom but to increase our knowledge all staff use our Bean to Cup machines at home so they can really get to grips with how the machines work and the on going Cleaning & Maintenance issues. |
