Espresso Machines

Pump or Traditional Espresso coffee machines use an electric pump to force hot water under pressure through ground coffee directly into the cup. This is the same method that is used in the majority of commercial coffee machines. With domestic pump espresso coffee machines the pump is housed within the body of the machine and typically operates at a pressure of between 9 and 18 bar.
