FAST DELIVERY. Wasn’t sure whether to go for the functions of a Gaggia Titanium or the beauty of a DeLonghi PrimaDonna. Thank you again to Samantha & Tracy for all their help in making the right decision.If I can give anyone any advice on DeLonghi machines - Always ensure you purchase from an Authorised dealer like Xpress or it will invalidate your warranty!!!.... I bought Delonghi Primaddona ESAM 6600.I am very happy with it.My order was placed 10am and my lunch I was with fresh cup of coffe from my new machine.:) EXELENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.... Review by Anonymous

Let down elsewhere so I tried Xpress Coffee!

Thanks so much for my prima donna I'm very pleased with it but the main reason I am writing is to let you know that the customer service was exceptional from the original order at 3.30pm you put the machine in my car boot at 5.30pm outstanding! as I ordered the same machine from one of your competitors I waited over five weeks and it still did not turn up. I will definitely be recommending yourself's to all my family and friends.
