Didnt go Quite To Plan - Excellent C.C
Hear you go, you might like to know that I run a major customer service operation, amongst other things, for a well recognized brand. So I know customer service when I meet it or don't as the case may be.
Ten out of ten for customer support and service>
In a world where everyone wants to sell you something then once the deal is done and the money handed over they forget that you were ever a customer when things go wrong. Familiar ring, been there before? Well ten out of ten for Xpress Coffee UK for being different and giving top class customer support and service!!
I ordered an espresso machine between Christmas and New Year and because of supplier problems, well let's just say total failures, they couldn’t deliver. They tried very hard, responded to every email I sent and gave me up dates. In the end I got a refund pending better delivery forecasts. Like a good supplier should be they didn’t forget me and when the supply position got better they were able to offer me a machine and they honored their original discount that was on offer. Having been denied a caffeine fix for some weeks, my old machine has given up the goat, my new machine is about to arrive, relief at last.
Guys you did a great job, I will defiantly use you again and recommended you to friends and colleagues. Keep it up, good customer service is the key for us sceptic consumers as we seldom find it when things go wrong..... Review by C Darke
