The Z5 arrived safely on Tuesday, and all the "hype" appears justified! We are really enjoying the various coffee types, and my daughter loves hot choclate added to a frothy milk.

Just to be cheeky I must say I had thought there was some extra complimentary coffee coming our way. If it is within your powers it would certainly make up for the extended delay in receiving this coffee making marvel..... Review by Ian .

After having a bad experience with an internet-based coffee machine supplier we contacted Xpress Coffee and were very impressed with their level of product knowledge and professional sales approach. We decided to purchase a JURA Z5 which, although expensive, is an excellent machine which readily makes a range of speciality coffees with the minimum of fuss. We would recommend Xpress Coffee to any potential purchaser.

I bought my Impressa after much research and having had traditional machines for some years.

It is a deeply impressive piece of engineering and a top class coffee machine which turns out absolutely perfect coffee, time after time, and which can be programmed and tweaked to suit all tastes. It also looks great in the kitchen.

It’s a doddle to use, and easy to clean. Daily cleaning takes no more than 5 minutes.

I was also very impressed with the service from Xpress Coffee, which has been consistently helpful. The pack of extras which comes with the machine was also good: the coffee beans make excellent chocolatey coffee.

Criticisms? I’m drinking far far far too much coffee…….... Review by Dan Kenning

After discussion with Chris at Xpress Coffee we bought a Jura Machine Z5 Generation II. We had originally decided on a different make which was cheaper. However, we are delighted with this machine - its versatility and performance are second to none. We are very pleased that we decided on this very much more superior machine which we believe was worth the extra money. We have also found the service offered to us by Chris and his staff in the company to be exceptional at all times. We have no hesitation is recommending either the company or the machine.
