We just wanted to drop you a line to say a big thank you for all the advice you gave us about our coffee machine purchase. We came to you looking to buy a Jura Impressa X9 'Chrome' for our location - we had a LOT of questions about the machine, and you were more than happy to answer these for us in a detailed and friendly manner. To give an example, we wanted to know exact and unusual measurements which could only be found out by someone taking a tape measure to the machine - you did that for us. We wondered how loud the grinder was - you played it to us over the phone...this process went on, these are just a few examples of how you went out of your way to give us all the information we needed. Your company was not at all pushy, un-coopertive or impolite like some I had come across, you guided us through carefully, and were genuinely passionate about your job. This was totally refreshing, your level of customer service and enthusiasm is what I would describe as good old fashioned customer service! A rare commodity these days. When we initially web searched for a company, we called something in the area of 8 companies. Frankly, we were amazed by the attitudes of these businesses, they had no working knowledge of the machine, no time to answer questions, there was no way they were unpacking a machine to take measurements, they had no idea which model I was talking about, they made wild guesses to questions that I asked, they didn't answer the phone...and so it continued! When I called Xpress Coffee UK, a pleasant young lady answered the telephone promptly, sounding friendly and ready to help!!! We're on to something here I thought...we were swiftly put through to Chris, he couldn't have been more helpful, here was a man who really had a passion for coffee, and the machines...finally someone who knew what they were doing! And so after many questions from our end, which were patiently and properly answered, we made the decision to purchase. The machine arrived super fast! even though a bank holiday was in the way...superb service, fantastic company with a real passion! The machine is being moved to the office in the next couple of days, after all, I had to test it out at home first :-) I am sure the actors and crew will enjoy the coffee as much as I am! It's a beautiful machine!
