I’ve only had the machine for a week, but would be lost without it already.

Once I’d ‘tweaked’ the settings for my own tastes, I would have to say that this machine makes the best cup of coffee I’ve ever tasted.

The machine also looks good in the kitchen as well, and it’s so easy to get the same results replicated time after time with just the push of a button!

I was out over the bank holiday weekend, and had to visit one of the well known coffee houses for a drink, but it doesn’t quite taste the same anymore.

Of course, it is important what beans go into the machine, and the beans that the guys at Xpress Coffee provided me with are first class.

There were some problems with the delivery of the machine from Jura which led to quite a delay but, during the whole of that period, Chris kept me fully informed and was very reassuring.

We had a Gaggia Classic for about 10 years and I was worried that a bean-to-cup machine would not be able to produce the strong espressos we had got used to. I wanted something that was easier and cleaner to use and that would produce more consistent results. Research led me to the Jura S9 - I was concerned by some of the comments on the Coffee Geek site but Chris assured me that the S9 would deliver what I was looking for.

How right he was! We've now had the machine for a couple of weeks and we love it. It did take a few days to get it to produce the coffee that we were looking for but during that time Chris was a tireless source of help and support. To begin with, the instructions for cleaning the machine and for producing foam seem a bit overwhelming, but once you get the hang of it all, it's dead simple.

The main advantages to us are:
• very configurable and adjustable . For instance, we have different preferences for our cappuccinos - I like hot milk on top of an espresso shot - he likes the coffee mixed into the foam. Both can be done easily
• ease of operation
• produces perfect cups time after time - the crema on the espresso is brilliant
• the espresso tastes much better than that from the Gaggia Classic
• produces great foam

This is a fantastic bean to cup machine!!
You can tell just by looking that this is a quality piece of kit. Even the box that it comes in has been thoughfully designed to ease getting the machine out - superb!

Machine arrived and setup in no time at all. Have you seen the extras you get with it?!?!? Awesome!

Just like to say a big thank you for helping us in our quest for a Jura Coffee Machine. Your help was first class and the fact that we could view a number of coffee machines (and all in one place) was brilliant - it’s something that proved impossible elsewhere.
