Excellent Coffee & Service
After initially ordering our Jura Impressa J5 Machine in May of last year which was followed by your very prompt delivery, you have constantly exceeded my expectations in relation to customer service – which as we all know is a rare commodity these days.
Your attention to detail, no matter how small is much appreciated which you recently demonstrated by sending through the spare part after calling me personally to let me know what you were planning to do.
We will be in touch soon to order some more of your ‘Xpress Coffee Mild Roasted Beans’ - as discussed it really is a wonderful coffee.
