Dear Tracy - thanks for all your help with this product. You e-mailed promptly to say it was out of stock, gave me a date when more stock expected and to my delight it arrived well before that. My husband is delighted with this gift and it certainly keeps his coffee very hot for a long period of time. He also appreciated the chocs included with the product!
