Ordered on line Sunday evening and machine was delivered Tues 10am - can't faut that for service. all arrived intact with all the free gifts included - look forward to doing business with you again and will certainly recommend to others. machine set-up was simple (idiot proof) and coffee quality is good.

I have the Machine set on Timer so each morning at 5am when I really need a Coffee its warmed up and ready to serve me a strong Coffee to really wake me up. It has 3 cup settings so you can just put whichever sized cup under neath and press the relevant button. Not only does it work very well and has all the right functions for the Coffee lover but it looks fantastic. I'm planning to upgrade to the Titanium Plus very shortly.
