The M.D and I decided we wanted to purchase 2 coffee machines, I searched the internet for companies and found Xpress Coffee. After browsing their easy to use website we had a good idea of which machines would suit our needs so I made my first contact with Chris. Chris could not have been more helpful and his knowledge of the Jura machines was first class.
After my initial discussion with Chris we purchased the Jura C5 for the MD's office and the Jura F70 for our Board room. After a very quick delivery, Chris talked me through the set up of the C5 over the phone - I was a little bit dubious as I am not technically minded, however, it could not have been easier and it went without a hitch. I even managed to set up the other machine on my own a week later! I had been told that Jura were top of the range coffee machines and we certainly have not been disappointed - in fact the machines (and Xpress Coffee's own organic blend of Fairtrade coffee) have surpassed all our expectations.
I would certainly recommend the Jura C5 and Jura F70 machines - they are both stylish and exceptionally easy to use. I would also have no hesitation in recommending Xpress Coffee. The service I have received has been exceptional - from their product knowledge, delivering on promises and the friendly team. First class!

Just a quick note to say that my Gaggia Cappuccino X2 machine arrived safely and is now in full use !
First impressions are great; easy to use, fantastic tasting cappuccinos and good looking.
Could do with a larger milk container though - hey, ho - can't have everything I guess !!!Thanks for your help.

We ordered the Jura C5 (Platinum) on a Sunday night after discussing with Chris via email, which machine to go for. When the C5 arrived I have to say we were very impressed with the packaging and the free items too. When we got the machine out we were glad we paid the extra for the platinum, it does look good in our kitchen. We are still experimenting with various methods but I have to say the machine is brilliant and any coffee that isn’t quite right is down to the operator not the machine. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Xpress Coffee, their after sales service is second to none, Chris always answers emails and gives good advice, unlike many online companies Xpress Coffee really do seem to want to make sure you enjoy your purchase. Excellent.

First Class service and aftersales service from Chris at XPRESS COFFEE. Ordered this Jura Impressa C5 machine & a Jura Impressa F70 for my office online at 730pm on a sunday night and he sent an email back within 45mins to say that it was now packed and ready to go out in the morning!! Hows that for fast??

I checked the size again and finally persuaded him to remove the filter and it looks like the one you quoted will be okay so I have ordered it online.
