Xpress Coffee Commercial Ltd are so dedicated to their back up and support in late 2009 they launched their @XpressCoffee Help & Advice Centre offering a full range of support from instruction manuals to cleaning advice on the machines they offer and service. In early 2010 with the help of Social Media practitioner ‘Our Man Inside’ also known asĀ @Documentally we added Video and Podcasts using Social Media sites like YouTube, TwitVid, and AudioBoo.

Most of our own Xpress Service engineers now carry IPhones or IPads mainly so they can hold Information on hundreds of machine variations Like Jura, Franke, as well as many other brands, from basic manuals and cleaning guides that can be emailed direct to the customer while they are standing with them to complete wiring and technical diagrams to help with more indepth breakdowns.”
