Essential Boiler Inspections for your Coffee Machine

Filed under: Coffee Machine Articles — auctiondesigns @ 12:39 pm

Boiler inspections are an important aspect of safety for your business if you own a coffee machine which uses steam. You will need to have regular checks on any appliance which utilises steam to maintain strict health and safety standards within the workplace.

Even if you have a machine in your own home, you should always ensure that your machine is inspected by a professional on a regular basis to avoid your machine becoming fault which could, in turn, cause a nasty accident. You should also ensure, whether using a coffee machine for home, business or commercial use, that any problems with your machine and reported and dealt with promptly. You should never, under any circumstances, continue to use a machine which is displaying faulty symptoms.

For your machine to be thoroughly inspected by a professional it will need to be stripped down by a qualified engineer and the steam pressure should be tested to ensure that it complies with current health and safety regulations. Once reassembled, a cycle will need to be activated to test the machine in normal working order. Should your machine’s steam pressure element fail for any reason, the unit will have to be repaired or replaced before it can be used again.
