The Layered Latte

After following the Guidelines in The Perfect Milk Foam you should now have the perfect milk consistency with two clear layers of steamed and frothed milk.
Run your espresso into the the latte glass and watch as the espresso ends up in the middle of the two milk layers. If you wish to go a stage further you can use a syrup first before you put the milk in that will flavour the taste of the latte even further.
If you feeling extremely confident then why not try a Four Layered Moka. This time use a thicker chocolate syrup or sauce and pour in to the bottom of the latte glass being careful not to get it down the sides of the glass. Then follow the Milk foam process which should then leave you with the chocolate clearly at the bottom with then two seperate milk layers on top. Then make your espresso which should then leave you with your chocoalte layer, steamed milk, espresso, and then milk froth on top. finish it with some chocolate sprinkles and you have a four layered Moka.
